Ben Bell was an awesome mortgage broker to work with! His communication and responsiveness were top-notch - even if I sent a message at 9 PM not expecting a reply, he'd get right back to me. Everything was thoroughly explained, and he was always willing to answer questions, no matter the time. This was the fastest I've ever closed on a home, taking just about three weeks. While nobody's thrilled with today's rates, Ben fought to get us competitive interest rates at around 6.5%. Even though we originally connected through a different deal that fell through, I'm glad we stuck with him - he made the whole VA loan process smooth and straightforward. I'd definitely use Ben again and recommend him to others in the Griffin, GA area.
